Immossenz offers fully equipped accommodations for tradespeople, installation teams, skilled tradespeople, project staff, business travelers, and companies in Sindelfingen, Böblingen, Ehningen, Schönaich, and the surrounding area.

From individual business travellers to larger project teams, our accommodation ranges from apartments and flats to spacious houses sleeping up to 11 guests. Larger teams can also book multiple properties together, subject to availability.

All accommodations are rented exclusively to your team as an entire apartment or house. Kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and living areas are not shared with other guests.

This makes our accommodations ideal for both short business trips and longer company and project stays.

Most of our accommodations have single beds. Depending on the property, several bedrooms are available, with one or more single beds in each – ideal for colleagues, tradespeople, and project teams travelling together.

Fully equipped kitchens

All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, a fridge, cookware, dishes and all the essentials for self-catering.

Washing machine & drying facilities

All our accommodation includes a washing machine and somewhere to dry your laundry – especially handy for longer work assignments.

Bed linen & towels included

All our accommodation comes with bed linen and towels. Your employees don’t need to bring their own.

Free Wi-Fi & TV

Wi-Fi and TVs come as standard in all our accommodations.

Living & Lounge Areas

Flexible arrival with self check-in

All Immossenz accommodations offer easy self check-in via a key safe.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Later arrivals are also no problem, so employees and teams can arrive without needing to meet in person to collect the keys.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

If arriving in the evening or at night, please be considerate of the neighbors.

From booking to check-out, businesses and guests have a dedicated point of contact. We also coordinate and work to resolve any questions or issues quickly during your stay.

Businesses receive a proper invoice showing VAT, as standard.

No security deposit required.

For longer corporate and project stays, interim cleaning can also be arranged by prior agreement.
