For us, hosting is about more than renting out a property

We're glad you're here.

We are Bowen and Erwin Heiberger, and have been working in the rental and real estate industry for many years.

At Immossenz, we rent out and manage furnished apartments, flats and houses in Sindelfingen, Böblingen, Ehningen, Schönaich and the Stuttgart region – for business travellers, contractors, project teams, companies and private guests.

We furnish our accommodations the way we’d like to live ourselves: clean, well-kept, practical, comfortable, and well equipped for everyday life. Especially for longer stays, we want to offer more than just a place to sleep.

We place particular importance on cleanliness, reliable processes and personal service. We manage our accommodation directly and continually improve it. We take our guests’ feedback seriously – many improvements come directly from their experiences.

If a question or problem comes up during your stay, we’re just a call away and will work quickly to resolve it.

Welcome to Immossenz GmbH.
